Trackside group workouts are a group way to improve your new POSE technique running skills.

In this 1 hour high intensity work out we focus on:

  • Proper Stretching
  • Powerful core and strength building exercises
  • Drills to refine your running form
  • How to use the track as your work out tool
  • Proper cool down (an essential and often overlooked aspect)
